  11.  Corrected Typeo in Installer Script.

  13.  Corrected a few minor problems in the commodity as
  14.  well as added the sample config file to the distribution
  15.  archive which was forgotten. Fixed a problem with the
  16.  prefs program not not being able to load the prefs file
  17.  and. Please keep in mind that in order for you to update
  18.  the prefs, this commodity MUST be the last to be loaded,
  19.  otherwise some of the vectors that are patched may be
  20.  patched by some other program and WinSound will not be
  21.  able to remove the old and set the new sounds for the
  22.  changed vectors.
